Information submitted
The inquiry form requests a name, company, work email, phone, preferred travel date and request notes. Do not submit payment data, credentials, passport scans, medical information or other sensitive documents.
Why it is used
In this Alpha, information is used only to test validation, persistence, staff inquiry review and audit-event creation inside the local project.
Where it is stored
Inquiry data is stored in the configured local development database. No cloud transfer or production integration is authorised in this build.
Access
Protected Admin roles are intended to restrict inquiry access. Local users and role assignments are demonstration controls, not a production identity guarantee.
Retention and deletion
Production retention, deletion, lawful basis, data-subject rights, controller identity, processor terms and cross-border transfer rules are NEEDS VERIFICATION.
Security
Reasonable local technical controls reduce risk, but no system should be described as unhackable or zero breach.
